Quality Technician 
Support Quality initiatives tied to Process and Product Quality.  The successful candidate will support production in judging product quality to drawing requirements and conduct process and product audits. Additional requirements include investigating defects and leading teams in determining root cause and follow up with various departments on corrective actions and open issues.  
  • Support Manufacturing operations by troubleshooting root cause of issues and developing next steps to resolve.
  • Liaison between Manufacturing and Technical Support Departments to resolve quality issues.
  • Creation and dispositioning of IPQs as well as processing return of supplied parts.
  • Physical review and processing of Inventory Returns and Customer RMAs.
  • Assist Shipping and Receiving departments with problem resolution on repetitive issues.
  • Assist Quality Assurance Engineers with Process and Product improvement plans.  These initiatives will be focused on the following:
  • Continuous improvement of plant processes
  • Quality Reporting and Escalation
  • Conduct process and product audits
  • Assist in development of gauge, fixture, and tool calibration program
  • Support Internal CAR process Quality Reporting / Escalation
  • Support resolving Customer issues
  • Troubleshoot Warranty/Customer Return Items
  • Measurement studies to assess process capabilities
