Description
Key duties which support providing analytical, customer support and work load management for Company’s business system and users in this role includes: – Identifying and documenting business requirements and assisting in the analysis and development of systems specifications to solve user business needs. – Communicating directly with users in the analysis of system resolution and status. – Analyzing and solving problem areas as identified by end-user and recommending revisions and alternatives. – Performing trend analysis to identify opportunities for system improvements, which may include preparing presentations for review by senior leadership. – Providing user training on new system implementations. – Following established service level agreements, system protocols and procedures on routine assignments. – Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). – Managing workload with minimum supervision while on-site or working remote. – Providing after-hour support, when needed.
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field required.
