Required Experience:
Lead Cook experience with supervisory experiences
Knife Skills
Preferred Experience:
Diverse culinary experience, including experience making sushi and other types of Japanese cuisine
Highly proficient in cutting and working with whole fish
Experience overseeing the daily operations of a large team
