Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience implementing and customizing vendor software and/or building custom payroll applications through full system implementation lifecycles.
Experience with one or more Finance/HR Payroll functional areas (e.g., international/domestic payroll, sales compensation, time and attendance.).
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Technical and configuration experience in the following systems: CallidusCloud, Kronos, and/or UltiPro.
