Clinical Systems Education Supervisor Administrative Office Building 
JOB DESCRIPTION 
We are seeking a Clinical Systems Educator Supervisor to: 
  • Oversee, develop, and deliver curriculum, lesson plans, and support materials that will guide our teams with the necessary education that will lead to best practice workflows.
  • Development of the quality assurance team to be able to identify learning and optimization opportunities within revenue cycle.
  • Identify change opportunities within the team and throughout the department and then communicate recommendations through forward thinking results orientated information.
  • Lead with a philosophy that develops a change culture.
Education: 
Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree. Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. This experience is in addition to the minimum work experience required below. 
Preferred – 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Progress towards completion of a Bachelor’s degree will be highly considered in the selection process
Work Experience: 
Minimum – 7 Years relevant experience. 
Preferred – 
  • 10 Years relevant experience in a Healthcare setting.
  • Experience supervising staff strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting revenue cycle systems in a 24×7 hospitals setting is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications: 
Preferred – CPLP,CPHIMS,PMP,ITIL,Various Epic Certifications

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
Physical Requirements: 
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools.  Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.  Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
