Corporate Tax Manager 
  •  Manage tax consulting and compliance projects
o   Direct and review staff work – project and people management 
o   Employ tax service models and process tools to enhance quality and efficiency 
o   Administer engagement; prepare engagement letters, invoices, etc. 
  • Interface with client on information requests, project status, etc.
o   develop trusted advisor relationship with management 
o   understand client’s business 
o   identify service opportunities including tax specialty services 
  • Assist with recruiting and developing talent
  •  Engage in networking and other business development activities
 Basic Qualifications: 
  •   Federal income tax consulting, compliance and ASC 740 technical skills
  •  Familiarity with OneSource Income Tax and OneSource Tax Provision software preferred; general tax technology acumen
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  •  CPA, JD, or LLM
  •  6 or more years of public accounting experience or equivalent in law firms or industry
  •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
