Data Science Manager, Integrity
Responsibilities

Help build and lead a great data science team to deliver world-class products

Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our core products

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities

Provide mentorship to the team on both technical and strategic direction

Inform, influence, support, and execute our product decisions
-
Cultivate culture of analytics and experimentation excellence ensuring high quality analytics output
Minimum Qualifications
-
MS degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, operations research, econometrics, computer science, engineering), or BS/MS in a quantitative discipline with equivalent working experience
-
4+ years of experience in team leadership/people management through layers
-
Track-record driving product roadmap and execution
-
Experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functionally
-
Experience communicating both in low-level technical details as well as high-level strategies
Preferred Qualifications
-
Ads Systems experience
-
6+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis, statistical modeling or machine learning in the experimentation space
