Data Science Manager, Integrity  
Responsibilities 
  • Help build and lead a great data science team to deliver world-class products
  • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our core products
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide mentorship to the team on both technical and strategic direction
  • Inform, influence, support, and execute our product decisions
  • Cultivate culture of analytics and experimentation excellence ensuring high quality analytics output
Minimum Qualifications 
  • MS degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, operations research, econometrics, computer science, engineering), or BS/MS in a quantitative discipline with equivalent working experience
  • 4+ years of experience in team leadership/people management through layers
  • Track-record driving product roadmap and execution
  • Experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functionally
  • Experience communicating both in low-level technical details as well as high-level strategies
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Ads Systems experience
  • 6+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis, statistical modeling or machine learning in the experimentation space
