Data Science Manager 
 
Data Science Manager Responsibilities 
  • Hire, lead, and develop team of individual contributors across multiple locations
  • Define goals, success & identify key KPIs for the Global Business Marketing team
  • Oversee development and execution of measurement methodologies, products, and approaches in support of the GBM “learning agenda”
  • Design research & analytics initiatives helping the GBM understand the contribution of the marketing vehicles on revenue and other key growth metrics
  • Drive consistency in execution to maintain and improve reporting and analytical quality
  • Effectively communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways to leaders across the globe
  • Help drive continuous process improvement of core projects through automation and workflow enhancement
  • Project manage improvements to drive higher efficiencies in day-to-day operations using a data-driven approach
Minimum Qualifications 
  • BA/BS in Engineering, Statistics/Math, Economics or related field
  • 8+ years of work experience in consulting, measurement technology, research or analytics
  • 4+ years of experience in managing people and building client engagement models
  • Experience problem solving and providing business insights and recommendations from data
  • Experience in presenting technical content across different stakeholder audiences and influencing decisions
 
 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field
  • Experience with multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience with Brand and Direct Response measurement solutions such as Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, Multi-Touch Attribution etc.
  • Experience working with tools such as SQL, Hive, SPSS, SAS, R, MATLAB, Tableau
  • Experience operating within globally distributed teams
  • Experience-based aptitude using data and numbers to formulate insights
  • Blueprint Certified
