Director, Financial Management – Card Customer Experience & Marketing 
Finance Director of a team of financial analysts responsible for CCX Finance, Card marketing & general support of Upmarket analytics as well. Role entails deep analytic capabilities, strong cross-functional engagement, ability to leverage data to influence decisions as well as need to motivate and drive team agenda. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Develop finance objectives in support of business goals. Forecast development and actual monthly reporting. Coordinate seamlessly between business partners and Capital One central teams. Accountable to financial results of the area supported.
  • Responsible for forecasting technical and qualitative aspects of predicting future financial performance given historical trends, changes in business dynamics and likely changes in business environment (micro and macro)
  • Manage, coach, and develop associates; a team of ~3-4 resources
  • Drive process improvements
  • Apply integrative thinking skills to current challenges & opportunities facing Capital One as well as the broader financial services & technology industries
  • Drive multiple projects by providing thought leadership and working closely with highly specialized subject matter experts across lines of business
Basic Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • At least 4 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
  • At least 3 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  • At least 8 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • At least 5 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
  • At least 4 years of people management experience including both direct & indirect reports
  • Experience with G Suite products
