Finance Acctg Sr Analyst 
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing company’s global multi-billion dollar discretionary incentive award program
  • Key responsibilities include completing monthly ICOMP (Incentive Comp Reporting system) checkout process
  • Perform monthly analytical reviews of discretionary compensation expenses, highlight anomalies and work with FRSS partners to resolve
  • Responsible for posting monthly journal entries and assisting with month-end close process
  • Monitoring of incentive compensation balance sheet account balances and activity
  • Assist with ICOMP User Acceptance Testing, enhancements and process changes, as needed
  • Review General Ledger activity including clearing of suspense entries
  • Participate in Risk and Control related deliverables- i.e., Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), preparation of Global Risk & Control evidence and reviews as they relate to incentive comp, Annual Continuity of Business (COB) testing, etc.
  • Work closely and partner with FRSS Mumbai partners on monthly and annual discretionary incentive deliverables
  • Address adhoc inquiries/ projects related to all aspects of cash compensation expenses, including salary increase accruals and variable incentive compensation
  • Assist with KPMG and Internal audit requirements
  • Keeping up-to-date with financial policies, practices and regulations
Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of experience in an accounting role
  • Strong reconciliation, analytical and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with other Finance disciplines and cross functional teams
  • Prior accounting experience with reconciliations and accruals highly preferred
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills is required
  • Enthusiasm for exploring digital tools and automation for process improvement
  • Ability to learn new systems with ease
  • Must be able to adapt and grow as organization and company evolves
Education: 
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
