Job Description:

Required Skills

Ability to manage, structure, and consolidate multiple sources of data into intelligent reports and stories, and take appropriate actions to remedy outlier situations; can operate assertively and independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, team building, and influencing skills.
Highly organized and motivated self-starter and quick learner.
Strong financial experience.
Ability to manage multiple financial priorities simultaneously.
Willingness and ability to grow within the team to become subject matter expert.
Analytical experience – ability to make sense of data from multiple sources and put into views for Executive consumption.
Ability to problem solve and provide creative solutions.
Experience with forecasting and financial analysis to ensure proper resource allocation is maintained to support efforts within funding limits.
Advanced Excel skills, general financial acumen, analytical skills, detail oriented

Desired Skills

Prior Bank of America experience a plus.
Bank of America finance / forecasting tools (PCM Web, PMMT, Ariba, SAFE, eLedger).
Staffing planning; sourcing/procurement experience.
