Oil and gas facilities manager

Job Description

Company is a diverse and growing business offering services in Oil & Gas for local clients. To support and continue our growth we are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to lead our local business. Building on the strong local foundation of projects and help us to increase our market share in oil & gas.In this role you will:

Be Company’s local office Portfolio Manager and a key leader in the oil & gas Division.
Support current staff with local clients and projects.
Provide top quality input into proposals and into business development efforts.
Evaluate the business potential and build business cases in support of our Sectors, develop small and large scale projects.
Grow and nurture external relationships and build and maintain strong networks with key clients, business partners and competitors, driving joint initiatives where appropriate and using these networks to influence, close deals and impact the growth and direction of the business.
Acting as a role model and ambassador for Company, articulating and representing the brand, vision and value proposition internally and externally.
Establish and nurture an innovative, challenging, collaborative and high performing work environment, which supports and fosters the Company values and culture where results are driven by a total team effort

Candidate Specification

We’re looking to welcome a candidate who has a track record of developing and maintaining commercial and technical solutions within the oil & gas market, and can demonstrate a wide network of contacts within the industry.Additional qualifications and details about the position and invite applications from candidates with:

15+ years’ experience in project delivery, team leadership and market development.
A degree in a related major including Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Civil/Structural engineering
Professional Engineering license
Self-directed with ability to work well / seamlessly with a larger team, including outside experts with an entrepreneurial style.
Direct experience with project management and business development; with an intricate knowledge of the Houston market.
