Principal project manager – oil and gas facilities
Job Description 
Oil and gas projects are technically complicated, requiring maximum care and innovative thinking to deliver systems that are safe, secure, functional, and reliable. Our solutions incorporate designs with consideration for sustainability and sensitivity to the environmental issues on each project.As our Principal Project Manager, your primary duties will include planning, directing and monitoring all aspects of multi-discipline programs or projects with various degrees of complexity.You will interface with the client to ensure an uninterrupted flow of information throughout the life of the project or program.You may be involved with coordination of several projects or programs running concurrently.You will also be responsible for project controls and planning for combinations of the following project types:
  • Manufacturing
  • Gas facilities
  • Liquid facilities
  • Transmission
  • Gathering
  • Midstream and treatment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in one or more of the following project types:
  • manufacturing
  • gas facilities
  • liquid facilities
  • transmission
  • gathering
  • midstream and treatment
  • Strong project management, leadership, interpersonal, communication, documentation, and technical skills are required
  • P.E. license preferred, but not mandatory, dependent on related qualifications
  • Possess sound judgment
  • Highly developed management, organizational, interpersonal, presentation/training
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and work with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated understanding of project scopes and effective change management
  • Resolve complex issues and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to prepare and interpret complex reports, recognize problems, and define and evaluate solutions
