Programmer and Application Analyst
Job Purpose:
The Application Analyst is responsible for managing Corporate Systems including but not limited to Corporate ERP System and Sharepoint Online. This includes report writing and day to day support of ERP. They attend the Weekly Meeting with software vendors on issues and create specifications for reports to be written or changes to the ERP.
Essential Functions:
  • Extract data from Microsoft SQL, and Oracle databases to be used in report writing
  • Develop and maintain reports while working collaboratively to meet user needs
  • Testing of reports/queries/dashboards written prior to sending to end users
  • Develop and maintain dashboards while working collaboratively to meet user needs
  • Develop, test and maintain Oracle workflows
  • Provide technical support for all employees at all companies and all locations within ERP, and other software programs
  • Testing of hotfixes and patches as applied to ERP
  • Create and maintain security roles within ERP
  • Maintenance of applications in Sharepoint Online using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Standard Sharepoint Functionality

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences with 2+ years experience
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft SQL and Oracle Database
  • Experience with report writing tools such as Oracle Reports, Jaspersoft, Microsoft Reporting Services, or Crystal
  • Construction industry knowledge preferred
