Sous Chef
What will I do? 
  • Be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the Sushi kitchen operation within our elaborate and fascinating Restaurant Foods Department
  • Inspire our customers to prepare products successfully at home by offering meal suggestions and cooking techniques
  • Oversee the Sushi Operation to drive sales, share the company vision with employees and supervise the team to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure products are prepared with consistency, high-quality and are eye-appealing to our customers using company extensive library of recipes and techniques
  • Create excitement and educate others about new programs at company
Required Experience:
  • Lead Cook experience with supervisory experiences
  • Knife Skills
Preferred Experience: 
  • Diverse culinary experience, including experience making sushi and other types of Japanese cuisine
  • Highly proficient in cutting and working with whole fish
  • Experience overseeing the daily operations of a large team
