What will I do?

Be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the Sushi kitchen operation within our elaborate and fascinating Restaurant Foods Department

Inspire our customers to prepare products successfully at home by offering meal suggestions and cooking techniques

Oversee the Sushi Operation to drive sales, share the company vision with employees and supervise the team to maximize efficiency

Ensure products are prepared with consistency, high-quality and are eye-appealing to our customers using company extensive library of recipes and techniques

Create excitement and educate others about new programs at company
Required Experience:

Lead Cook experience with supervisory experiences

Knife Skills
Preferred Experience:
-
Diverse culinary experience, including experience making sushi and other types of Japanese cuisine

Highly proficient in cutting and working with whole fish

Experience overseeing the daily operations of a large team
