Description

Seeking System Analyst/Solution Integrator with the functional responsibility for designing and supporting agile applications that respond to meet client requirements. The analyst works with the project business owner and/or executive to ensure delivery that responds to timelines.

Job Duties:

Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs application software. Conducts analysis and collaborates with subject matter experts in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for information storage, processing, presentation, manipulation, display, or reporting.
End product may be special use, customized, or commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops autonomous services, desktop applications, web applications, scripts, and utility programs.
Ensures software standards are met.

Qualifications

Required Experience/Skills:

Bachelors and at least ten (10) years experience.
Ten (10) years’ experience working the DoD PBBE process, Program Decision workflow, and FYDP data structures with extensive knowledge of manpower, forces, and TOA data
Experience in DoD FYDP Program and OUSD(C) Budget data collections systems highly desirable.
HTML, CSS, Oracle Application Express (APEX) development, RESTful Web services, Java, Java Servlet Programming, Weblogic, PL/SQL, MS Word ML, MS Access, SQL, Aspose for Java, Agile Software Development, and Software Development Life Cycle.

Clearance Requirement:

DoD Interim Secret with the ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Desired Skills/Certification:

At least ten (10) years of experience in architecting Web Application system solutions
DoD 8570.01-M Level II IA certification.
