Systems Engineer II 
Hunt Valley, MD 21030 
 
Program Engineer roles and responsibilities include: 
  • Technical interface with external Customer
  • Technical interface with FFS Site Leads
  • Technical interface with TMS Integrated Product Teams and Integrated Supply Chain for program needs
  • Management and control of system configurations and bills of material for each deployed site
  • Provide input to product roadmap owners on new and emerging capability needs and insertion
  • Development of proposals (cost and technical) and basis of estimates for new business opportunities
  • Program and contractual requirement derivation, traceability, and verification
  • Development and delivery of program technical CDRLs
  • Lead engineering execution for engineering efforts that are specific to or in support of FFS program requirements
  • Participate in root cause and corrective action activities involving complex technical issues
  • Develop and manage system and subsystem requirements for efforts supporting FFS programs
  • Develop and manage system and subsystem designs for efforts supporting FFS programs
  • Control Account Management duties on FFS program
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Science with 2 or more years related experience OR
  • Masters Degree in Engineering/Science with 1 or more years related experience
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Customer interfacing and ability to build relationships
  • Engineering lifecycle from concept to development to fielding and support
  • Understanding of, and ability to develop systems architectures and concepts of operations
  • System level understanding of Unmanned Aircraft Systems and operations
  • Ability to work in teams and independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to lead small teams on technical engineering projects
  • Ability to obtain an active Secret clearance
